Our story

Peller & Co. Bakery was first conceived by Allison Peller in at her Brooklyn apartment kitchen. After a year of dreaming and recipe development, she moved back to Northern Wisconsin to become a full time cottage food baker, officially launching Peller & Co Bakery, LLC in April of 2023.

Growing up in the Midwest, with its abundance of local fresh ingredients, greatly influenced Peller’s approach to baking. She bakes in small batches, creating a rotating menu that reflects the seasons. She sources her ingredients from local or regional farms, creameries, and mills whenever possible, so that every baked good you purchase is fresh and flavorful.
